Notes:
The present monograph is the outcome of a long-term international study of the processes of biodiversity evolution at a microsite situated in the "Evolution Canyon" II, Galilee, Israel. It presents data on 513 species belonging to 50 families, among the largest families are Carabidae, Leiodidae, Staphylinidae, Scarabaeidae, Cantharidae, Elateridae, Buprestidae, Malachiidae, Coccinellidae, Tenebrionidae, Cerambycidae, Chrysomelidae, Bruchidae, etc. Each species record is completed with distributional map within Israel, as well as data on ecology, general distribution and references.
