Notes:
To the Bulgarian, Bosnia means first and foremost Sarajevo, the late writer Ivo Andric and the famous film director Emir Kusturica. But Bosnia is also a country with a rich history, and it is there that we can find the reasons for today`s conflict in the former Yugoslav republic. For it is common knowledge that in history one can find the roots of most events happening now – and many examples reminding people of today`s situations and conflicts in the Balkans. Perhaps some of the questions raised by the readers will find their answers, or at least a partial explanation, in this book.
