This study is part of the author`s long years of research into the vocal and consonant system of a group of Indo-European languages whose specificity consists in the similar conditions of development that arose historically. The thesis of the ethnocultural community is put forward, as well as the similar notion of a "transition zone" related to it. The culture/language correlation is studied within the geographically determined ethnic territories. Following the idea of the comprehensive restructuring reveals the historic perspective. With the theoretical experiment through the morphonologic method of study, ancient language changes are reproduced.
