Exotica... Upon hearing the word some immediately think of Amazon jungles, others see endless Sahara sands, and yet others imagine climbing in Nepal and Tibet. For many foreign people Belarus is an unknown land. And not only for foreigners. For many Belarusians the snow covered Belavezha or the endless Palesse marshes are equally exotic. There is no need to go to the arctic shores or to Siberia in order to see thousands of birds, deer, or wild boars. You can see them all here, in Belarus. All that is needed is knowledge of places and enough patience to take good photographs. One must not forget to gaze around attentively - there is much wonder here! The pictures in this photo album were taken in various parts of the country, but author`s immediate choises were the least civilized places - Belavezha, Pripyats, Braslau and Narach National Parks, and Byarezina Biosphere Reserve. You can be sure, however, that you can find extraordinary and amazing things and creatures in any of Belarusian forests and villages.
